After your company is registered in our customer database, your designated sales person will be in charge of the following:
- To advice you on determining which are the best computer parts and brands suitable to your specific market.
- To keep you updated with changes in new technology, as identifying what products are replacing discontinued models.
- To send you updated price lists at the beginning of each month and weekly specials.
- To provide you with specifications and pictures of the computer products you are requesting.
- To help you with the shipping of your goods by recommending you freight forwarders cargo companies and delivery services in our area. Leadman Miami International is not responsible for your choice of these services.
- To advice about payment methods and RMA Policy.
Your designated sales person will be following up your orders since the moment you placed it, until it leaves our warehouse.
